I graduated with an associates degree in Culinary Arts in Lafayette, LA at SLCC. But my love of baking and decorating started long before then.
I remember I won 1st place in a 4H cookie decorating contest when I was in 5th grade in elementry school.
From then I took home economics throughout my entire high school career where I was then selected to participate in quiz bowl and won 4th place.
I then attended college and was able to immerse myself into baking and cake decorating. After graduation I continued to practice my skills on my own. Over the next few years I worked at a local bakery, a commercial bakery, and an individually owned franchise bakery in both Louisiana and Texas learning so much every step of the way.
Although the decorating and baking world is always changing ,it is exciting because I am always learning and growing.
I have decided to start my own business from home to bring my talents to all of you with the goal of a brick and mortar.
